Independence Day, observed annually on 15 August, is a national holiday in India commemorating the nation's independence from British rule on 15 August 1947.

Teachers day is celebrated around the world on different dates. World Teachers' Day aim is to mobilise support for teachers as well as appreciating Teachers.


Picnic Day is celebrate around the world. In school with other activities, picnic has its own specific importance to provide special pleasure and serenity in tough scheduled student life In routine studies, students get practical experience after taking part in long or short trips called " Picnic ".

Raksha Bandhan

As per traditions, on this day the sister prepares the Puja Thali with a Diya, Rice, Roli and Rakhis. She worships the Gods, ties Rakhi to her brother and prays for his well-being. In return the brother accepts the love with a promise to protect her sister and gives her a gift. Traditionally, they then share and eat sweets like Kaju Katli, Jalebi, and Burfi. This festival strengthens the bond of love between the sisters and brothers.

Dahi Handi

DahiHandi is the festival of Maharashtra and Goa, also known as Govinda sport. Dahihandi is celebrated the next day after Sri Krishna Jayanti.
